Refund & Returns
At EFSStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you received, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase when requesting a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, or products marked as non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to efsstyleusllc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos of the item(s) (if applicable, especially for damaged or defective items)

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Prepare the Return: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging (if available). Include the original tags and all accessories or parts. Write the RMA number on the package for easy identification.

Ship the Return: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Keep a copy of the tracking information for your records.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns (USA): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item).
- International Returns: International customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. If your return meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at efsstyleusllc@gmail.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and cover the return shipping costs.
In your email, please include:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once we receive the returned item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on returns. However, we reserve the right to reject returns if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., used or damaged products).
8. Late Returns
Returns made after the 15-day return window are not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this time frame. We recommend you initiate the return process as soon as possible to ensure your eligibility.
